It's been almost a month since my last post so I should probably update this before it gets too old and I lose all my readers (not sure how many there are anyway, but I don't want to lose the few I have!) Not too much has been going on though. Both J and B have been battling either a cold or the flu lately and I'm doing my best not to catch what they have. good for you, srg!
i remain on my pilates 6-days-a-week track and i do lift weights 3-4 days a week. it's been pretty good thus far -- but i have a little while to go before i reach my goal.
i'm hoping to do some more walking once the weather gets a little nicer, too. i'm looking out my office window right now and i can see a very fast and flowing norwalk river and a blue sky, but i know that it's a blustery day!
i'm with j- can't wait for the weather to warm!
You didn't lose me! And I, too, am about ready for this cold weather to scram.
I feel like Mother Nature is just teasing us... as soon as the snow is finally melted, we'll probably get hit with another storm that will dump a couple of inches and take weeks more to melt. Oh well, life in New England, I suppose!
